Dec. 8 - Two people have been killed in shooting incidents at Virginia Tech University, the site of one of the deadliest massacres in US history, the school says. A campus police officer was killed following a routine traffic stop shortly after noon, and a second victim was found in a nearby parking lot, a school statement says. There were witnesses to the shooting. The shooter fled on foot and his status is unknown, the school says. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
