Jim Carrey says his oddly creepy video “love note” to Emma Stone was a joke — a way of drawing attention to his TruLife website — but it showed that even in the hands of a comedic genius, some jokes just fall flat.
“Liar Liar” funnyman Jim Carrey seems to be in that boat: He uploaded a love letter in video format to “The Help” star Emma Stone on his personal website Wednesday. Though the comedian could very well have been joking,
“We would have chubby little freckle-faced kids, we’d laugh all day long, go camping and play Yahtzee,” Carrey says. “Tell ghost stories by the fire.”
